- How far in advance should I order?
We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for standard orders. Larger orders may require additional lead time.
Party Boxes, seasonal drops, and holiday offerings may require 1–2 weeks’ notice depending on availability and order volume.
- Do you ship?
Not at this time. All orders are local pickup in Lake County, Illinois. Local delivery may be available for qualifying orders and is subject to availability. Delivery details and any applicable fees will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
- Is there a minimum order?
Cookies are sold in boxes of six or twelve. Shareable boxes start at twelve cookies.
- How many flavors can I choose?
A six-cookie box includes one flavor. A twelve-cookie box includes up to two flavors, six of each. Cream Pie boxes are limited to one flavor. Shareable boxes include up to two flavors for 12 or 24 cookies, and up to three flavors for 48 cookies.
- How should I store and reheat cookies?
For best quality, enjoy within 1–3 days. Detailed storage and reheating instructions are provided with your order.
- Can you accommodate allergies?
Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
- Do you take large orders for events?
Larger quantities may be available for celebrations, workplace events, school events, and other gatherings. Selections are based on our current menu and availability — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
- What if I need to cancel my order?
All sales are final once payment is received. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment.
