Order Requests & Confirmation
Submitting an order request does not confirm your order. Orders are reviewed for availability. Your order is confirmed and added to the baking schedule only after full payment is received.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure your order. Square invoices are sent after your order request is reviewed.
Final Sales
Due to the made-to-order and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once payment is received.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the confirmed pickup window or being available for an approved delivery. If delayed, customers should contact Crunch & Krumblz as soon as possible. Missed or unclaimed orders may be forfeited without refund.
Product Quality & Care
Product quality is guaranteed at the time of pickup or delivery. After the order is received, the customer is responsible for proper storage, transportation, handling, and serving.
Availability
Flavors, seasonal items, and availability may change. Larger orders may require additional notice and may be subject to separate pricing or availability.
